Implicit Memory
An implicit memory is a memory in which you recall about skills and procedures. These are used when you are walking, breathing, or riding a bike. You do not have to conciously recollect that you must do these things you just naturally do them. This is because your implicit memories do not require you to think about them.Implicit memories are controlled by the cerebrum, which is the largest part of the brain. An example of an implicit memory is when you are older and you have been driving for many years you do not have to think about how to start your car, or how to push the gas pedal you are just able to do it. This is becaus of your implicit memories.
